October is here, and the days are starting to get colder and darker. And spookier, according to some! Which is coincidental, because I just happened to update the Plot Device Gen, which now includes a handful of new genre sub-categories, including Horror’s Slasher, Supernatural and Mixed. Check it out now for ideas for the next Terrifying Tale, or Frightening Film. This Gen Update is not for the faint-hearted! (OK, yeah, maybe it is…)
Aside from that, I’ve made a few sneaky updates here and there, and am happy to present one of my latest works; the Currency Generator! Perfectly matched to use alongside the Journey Gen, this new Gen allows you to produce a new money system, complete with currency name, coin and/or note denominations, and unique names for each. It comes in two flavours; Modern and Ancient, and if you’re looking for a little more inspiration, the Ancient option comes with some handy suggestions to get you started! Give it a whirl, and leave a comment to let me know what you think.
